TERMS – ONSITE ESTATE                               

Sales Tax:  Town of Prescott Valley sales tax added to Purchase Price 9.18%

Buyers Premium: 12% added to Purchase Price

Payment: Due at end of sale (unpaid invoices will be paid manually by charging the card information account user provided if no payment has been made, unless other payment arrangements are made.)

Location: To Be Announced, Prescott Valley, AZ                                                                         

Pickup Deadline:  Prior to End Sat Jan 12, 2019 by 2pm with paid sales receipt or by special arrangement (see full website terms & conditions).

Shipping / Delivery:  By special arrangement

Unsuccessful Sale Lots: Upon close of auction. If there are lots with no bids or reserve(s) not met, lots will be re-offered and liquidated at a live verbal auction. 

All Items – Sold “As Is”  - “Where Is” – conditions unverified, no warranties included or implied.

Shipping and delivery arrangements must be made immediately following the end of sale.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL.  SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED.
