Prohibited Items: Any Firearms discovered must be turned in to the manager but may be kept once an FFL transfer is completed. Personal, Business, Financial Records & Photographs must be left in unit or Returned to Manager. (See website for complete terms & conditions).
Illegal Items: Please Notify the Storage Manager.
View: Visual Inspection Only at 10:00AM. Door open by Storage Manager.(No entry Allowed)
Redemption Rights: Owner maintains the Right to Redeem up until Sale Time.
Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $50 for each single door unit and $100.00 for double door unit added to purchase price.
Removal: Buyer to present Paid Receipt. Contents must be removed by Saturday 2/16/19 by 5pm. Unless Special Arrangements are made. If Buyer is allowed to Rent unit, the Cleaning Deposit will be Refunded.
Invoice: Electronic Invoice will be emailed at end of Auction.
Payment Due: END OF SALE (Harris Auction may manually charge the card which the user signed in with, unless other payment arrangements are made.)
Payment Methods: Pay via card on file, alternate card, PayPal. Arrangements for Cash, Pre-Approved Check w/ Valid ID, Manual processing of Major Credit / Debit.
Sales Tax: Sales tax added to Purchase Price 9.18% (Re-seller’s: Must Provide a copy of AZ TPT License and/or a filled-out AZ 5000A form).
Buyer’s Premium: 12% added to Purchase Price
