Title: Paperwork to obtain title will be given after payment complete and during the removal process.
Prohibited Items: Any Firearms discovered must be turned in to the manager but may be kept once an FFL transfer is completed. Personal, Business, Financial Records & Photographs must be left in unit or Returned to Manager. (See website for complete terms & conditions).
Illegal Items: Please Notify the Storage Manager.

Redemption Rights: Owner maintains the Right to Redeem up until Sale Time.
Refundable Removal Deposit:
$100.00 Refundable Removal Fee will be added to purchase price. Manager will return Deposit in cash upon removal or buyer new space rental. If not removed will be considered a voided sale and or abandoned and deposit forfeit. Office Hours differ from Gate Hours to obtain Refund
Removal Deadline:
Vehicle must be removed by Sunday 6/25/22 by 7pm. (see terms) Gate Automatically Closes at 7PM Buyer ask Manager for details.
Invoice: Electronic Invoice will be emailed at end of Auction.
Payment Due: END OF SALE (Harris Auction may manually charge the card which the user signed in with, unless other payment arrangements are made.)
Payment Methods: Pay via card on file, alternate card, PayPal. Arrangements for Cash, Pre-Approved Check w/ Valid ID, Manual processing of Major Credit / Debit.
Sales Tax: Sales tax added to Purchase Price 9.10% (Re-seller’s: Must Provide a copy of AZ TPT License and/or a filled-out AZ 5000A form).
Buyer’s Premium: 12% BP added to Purchase Price
