Gun Control Act (GCA)- Buyer must be over 18 for rifle & shotgun ammunition or ammunition components and over 21 for handgun ammunition or ammunition components and all other ammunition. 

Invoice: Invoice will be emailed at end of Auction. Pay via card on file, alternate card. Arrangements for Cash, Check w/ Valid ID, Manual processing of Major Credit / Debit.

No PayPal Transactions: (PayPal's policy on transactions that involve firearm ammunition")

Sales Tax:  City of Prescott, AZ sales tax (8.35%) added to Purchase Price.  

Reseller / Dealer:  Must Provide a copy AZ TPT License and/or a filled-out AZ 5000A form).

Buyer’s Premium: 13.5% added to Purchase Price

Payment: Due within 48hrs (after which time due invoices will be paid manually by charging the card information account user provided, unless other payment arrangements are made.)

Pickup Deadline: 30 days with paid sales receipt or by special arrangement (see full website terms & conditions).
