Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $100.00 added to purchase price. Manager will return Deposit in cash upon satisfactory clean out. Items not removed will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of and deposit forfeit.
Removal: Will work with buyer for removal deadline due to incoming weather forecast.
Buyer to present Paid Receipt prior to removing items. Contents must be removed by TUESDAY 12/29/20 by 5pm. Unless Special Arrangements are made. If Buyer is allowed to Rent unit, the Cleaning Deposit will be Refunded. Contact Storage Manager for Possible Rental or Proration of the unit.
Invoice: Electronic Invoice will be emailed at end of Auction.
Payment Due: END OF SALE (Harris Auction may manually charge the card which the user signed in with, unless other payment arrangements are made.)
Payment Methods: Pay via card on file, Alternate card, PayPal. Arrangements for Cash, Pre-Approved Check w/ Valid ID, Manual processing of Major Credit / Debit.
Sales Tax: Sales tax added to Purchase Price 10.35% (Re-seller’s: Must Provide a copy of AZ TPT License and/or a filled-out AZ 5000A form).
Buyer’s Premium: 12% BP added to Purchase Price
