Prescott Terms & Conditions

TERMS – PRESCOTT ONSITE/STORAGE                               

Sales Tax:  City of Prescott sales tax added to Purchase Price 9.10%

Buyers Premium: 12% added to Purchase Price

Payment: Due within 48hrs (after which time due invoices will be paid manually by charging the card information account user provided, unless other payment arrangements are made.)

Location: TBD, AZ                                                                         

Pickup Deadline:  Won items must be picked up on the designated day the sale ends.  If special arrangements are needed, please contact Harris Auctions to help accommodate your needs.  Items left unpicked up for more than 72 hours after sale will be charged additional $5 per item, per day.  After 10 days from sale end all items left un-removed will be considered abandoned and forfeited from purchase. PLEASE CONTACT HARRIS AUCTIONS IF SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE REQUESTED. (see full website terms & conditions).

Shipping / Delivery:  By special arrangement

Unsuccessful Sale Lots: Upon close of auction. If there are lots with no bids or reserve(s) not met, lots will be reoffered and liquidated at a live verbal auction. 

All Items – Sold “As Is” - “Where Is” – conditions unverified, no warranties included or implied.

Shipping and delivery arrangements must be made immediately following the end of sale.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF END OF SALE
