Sales Tax:  Sales tax added to Purchase Price 9.10%

Resellers: Must Provide a copy of AZ TPT License and/or a filled-out AZ 5000A form).

Buyers Premium: 13.5% added to Purchase Price 3.5% Discount for Cash or Cashiers Check

Payment: Due End of Day

Parking: Street Parking - Do Not Block or Park on the Water Transfer Station Apron

Removal: Buyer is Responsible for Removing Vehicle(s) from Property (call for information). After 10 days will be considered abandoned and ordered removed by towing company.
