Buyer must be over 18 and an Arizona Resident - Long guns or long gun ammunition or ammunition components
Buyer must be over 21 and an Arizona Resident - Hand gun or ATF-defined “OTHER” firearm (including, but not limited to, stripped receivers, frames, and pistol-grip shotguns) OR ammunition or ammunition components for use in handgun
Invoice: Invoice will be emailed at end of Auction. Pay via card on file, alternate card. Arrangements for Cash, Check w/ Valid ID, Manual processing of Major Credit / Debit.
No PayPal Transactions: (PayPal's policy on transactions that involve firearms "prohibit all account holders from buying or selling any type of firearm and certain firearm parts and ammunition")
Sales Tax: Yavapai County, AZ sales tax (6.35%) added to Purchase Price.
FFL Dealer: Must Provide a copy of FFL and AZ TPT License and/or a filled-out AZ 5000A form).
Buyer’s Premium: 12% added to Purchase Price
FFL Transfer Fee: $25.00 non-refundable ("background check and or transfer") added to purchase as indicated
“DENIED” NICS Background Check: Refund for Purchase Amount, B.P. & Tax Only, Transfer Fee Non-Refundable, Sale Voided.
Payment: Due within 48hrs (after which time due invoices will be paid manually by charging the card information account user provided, unless other payment arrangements are made.)
FFL to FFL Location: Harris Auction to YAVAPAI PAWN 6380 E State Rte 69, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314 (928) 717-1188 (for other FFL's, Buyer agrees to pay any increased fees or shipping, if applicable. Please contact Ralph (928) 713-2385
Pickup Deadline: 30 days with paid sales receipt or by special arrangement (see full website terms & conditions).
No Bids / Reserves Not Met: Upon close of auction. If there are lots with no bids, or reserve not met it will be re-offered at another time.
