Sales Tax:  Town of Cottonwood sales tax added to Purchase Price 9.85%

Buyers Premium: 12% added to Purchase Price

Payment: Due within 24hrs (after which time due invoices will be paid manually by charging the card information account user provided, unless other payment arrangements are made.)

Pickup Deadline:  Won items must be picked up NO LATER THAN 4pm OR BY END OF LIVE SALE.  PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICK OR DELIVERY PRIOR TO OR IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING ONLINE AUCTION CLOSE.  REMOVAL AND STORAGE FEES WILL APPLY TO ALL ITEMS FROM ONLINE LISTINGS.
