Sales Tax:  Town of Cottonwood sales tax added to Purchase Price 9.85%

Buyers Premium: 12% added to Purchase Price

Payment: Due within 24hrs (after which time due invoices will be paid manually by charging the card information account user provided, unless other payment arrangements are made.)

Pickup Deadline:  Won items must be picked up NO LATER THAN 4pm OR BY END OF LIVE SALE.  PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICK OR DELIVERY PRIOR TO OR IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING ONLINE AUCTION CLOSE.  REMOVAL AND STORAGE FEES WILL APPLY TO ALL ITEMS FROM ONLINE LISTINGS. Unsuccessful Sale Lots: Upon close of auction. If there are lots with no bids or reserve(s) not met, lots will be re-offered and liquidated at a live verbal auction.

Shipping and delivery arrangements must be made prior to or immediately following the end of sale.  Items are located at estate in Cottonwood, AZ.  Items MUST be picked up or removed no later than 4pm or by end of live sale on Saturday 11/23.  Pick and/or delivery is available via 3rd party services.  3rd party delivery/pickup billing to be handled directly through service and will not hold Harris Auction accountable.  Purchaser releases Harris Auction from any/all liability for goods and services by contracting 3rd party service. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF END OF SALE
